Data collected

Account data (name, email), consultation history, waitlist email. Consultation queries are stored only as a hash (SHA-256); no raw content.

Purpose & legal basis

Providing and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). Marketing emails only with consent.

Hosting & storage location

Data is kept on our own (self-hosted) infrastructure; AI processing runs on our own hardware — data stays within the EU/our control as far as possible.

Sharing with third parties

Personal data is not sold. Shared only where legally required or with necessary processors (e.g. hosting), under contract.
